I’m Andréa — certified Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and founder of 1111 Holistic Health Coaching.

 

I help people reconnect with their body, mind, and nature through a simple yet powerful blend of science-backed tools and soulful practices.

 

After years in the corporate world, I followed a deep calling to explore food, movement, and mindfulness as gateways to well-being. My approach bridges the wisdom of ancestral living with the clarity of modern health research — because I believe wellness shouldn’t be complicated or out of reach.

 

Through retreats, workshops, and 1:1 coaching, I guide others in creating sustainable habits that nourish their whole self.

My Story

I grew up in a multicultural family of food lovers, where connection often started around the table. But it wasn’t until I left a fast-paced job in fintech that I began to truly understand the power of food, movement, and mindfulness to bring us back to ourselves. This personal transformation inspired me to create 1111HHC — a space where wellness is made simple, intentional, and deeply personal. My approach is rooted in five core pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Mindfulness, Empowerment, and Connection. Together, they form the foundation of sustainable well-being. I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid rules — I believe in finding what works for you, honoring your body’s wisdom, and embracing change as a constant companion in your health journey.

 

Nature, Simplicity & Regeneration

Over the past year, I’ve taken my own practice to the next level — co-hosting retreats in nature, immersing in regenerative living, and remembering how much our well-being depends on simplicity and slowness. Whether it’s growing food from the earth, walking barefoot, or holding space for others in mindfulness circles, I’ve come to see that reconnecting to nature is not a luxury — it’s a way home to ourselves. And I’m here to help you remember that, too.

 

Nourishment

Nutrition is at the heart of my work — not just as fuel, but as pleasure, medicine, and a mirror of our inner world. I help clients tune into their bodies, not restrict them. Together, we explore how food can become a tool for self-awareness, whether that means decoding cravings, healing patterns of emotional eating, or untangling beliefs passed down through generations. I believe our bodies are always trying to guide us — and when we listen with curiosity and compassion, we tap into their natural ability to regulate, repair, and thrive. It's not about perfection — it's about creating a relationship with food (and yourself) that feels nourishing on every level.
